Marsha Capsule

The influence of this capsule is activist Marsha P. Johnson. Emblem of the Stonewall uprising in 1969, she is an icon of the queer struggle for equal rights. Self-proclaimed drag queen, performer and survivor, she was a symbol of positivity despite a complicated journey until her tragic end. The P is for "Pay It No Mind", which she replied when asked about her identity.
