What we stand for
We don't want to be another fast fashion brand. We want to offer more responsible ways to dress. This is why we have carefully chosen our partners.
In order to commit to constantly improving the working conditions of the employees who produce the garments, our production partners collaborate with the Fair Wear foundation.
Each year, the foundation carries out an in-depth examination of the manufactures, they are auditioned by independent third parties to guarantee the transparency of the reports.
Our partners apply different processes to ensure decent working conditions on a daily basis. Codes of conduct, a sustainability policy for the company, a list of prohibited products and monthly reports. Our producers make daily visits to the factories to ensure optimal monitoring.
The clothes we produce are almost all made of 100% organic cotton. Each T-shirt made of organic cotton reduces the water consumption necessary for its production by almost 90%. In addition, the cotton used is grown in a rotation system which allows the soil not to lose its fertility, this contributes to the protection of biodiversity. This cultivation method also does without fertilizers, pesticides and excludes GMOs.
Our factory is also a member of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). It is the largest sustainable cotton program in the world. This organization promulgates training to farmers from more than twenty countries. BCI's goal is to change the way we consume cotton.
The designs of the clothes produced under the INFLUENCES label are all printed by hand in an artisanal way in Switzerland. The imperfections of each piece recall the philosophy of the brand: a clothing brand on a human scale. Our manufacturing process requires time and love. We guarantee that each item has been printed with as much precision as a dedicated human can provide. The clothes created under the IMU label are printed by our partners in France, as close as possible to the people who wear our clothes.
